Printed Sand Solutions
We are pleased to announce our new in-house sand printing facility is now fully operational. Installation was completed in Q1 2019 and we have successfully delivered components to many customers.
Facility & Location
The Printed Sand Solutions Wednesbury, West Midlands site is centrally located in the UK with excellent transport links. Our large dedicated facility has been fully renovated and provides over 200m2 of space for sand casting 3D printed parts.

Printed Sand Solutions
Our centrally located UK facility utilises the latest 3D sand printing and 3D scanning technologies to create complex mould and core geometries from CAD data. This drastically reduces lead times and eliminates the need for conventional tooling.
